How to book your first session
The process is simple and designed to be as easy as possible. A phone call is all it takes to get started.
Call or message us
Get in touch by phone or via our contact form. Tell us your name, your suburb, and a brief description of what you're hoping to address. That's enough to get started.
We schedule your assessment
We'll arrange a time for your initial home assessment. This is a full 45-minute session in your home. We look at your goals, your history, and your environment before any exercise program begins.
Your physio visits
Your registered physiotherapist comes to your home. You don't need to prepare anything. Just be there, dressed comfortably, with any relevant medical reports or letters if you have them.
Your program begins
After the assessment, we'll discuss what we found and what we recommend. Your program starts from the next session. You see the same physio each time, and sessions build on each other.

What to have ready
You don't need to do anything special to prepare. But if you have any of the following, it's helpful to have them available when your physiotherapist arrives:
- Any letters or reports from your GP, surgeon or specialist
- A list of current medications (your pharmacist's printout works well)
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can move in
- Flat, supportive footwear if you have it
That's it. Your physiotherapist will bring everything else they need. The session happens wherever is most comfortable for you in your home.
The easiest way to start is a phone call
We'll answer your questions, check if we cover your area, and book your initial assessment at a time that works for you.
