Physio that comes
to your front door
Getting to a clinic when your mobility is limited is half the battle. Our registered physiotherapists visit you at home across Five Dock, Drummoyne, Burwood and the surrounding Inner West — so the only thing you need to prepare is a comfortable chair.
We Come to You
Sessions in your living room, your garden, your hallway. The environment you actually live in.
Your Pace, Always
One-on-one, 45 minutes, built around what you can do today — not a generic exercise class.
Introductory Offer
First 4 sessions at no charge, then 90% off the next 4. For new clients aged 65 and over.
Your home is the best place to start
We begin with an initial assessment in your living room. Not a waiting room, not a clinic with unfamiliar equipment. Your space. We look at your goals, your limitations and what your home environment allows — because those three things shape every session that follows.
From there, each visit builds on the last. You work with the same physiotherapist each time, someone who already knows your history and can see the small improvements that matter most to you.
Learn About UsServices tailored to where you are now
Every person who calls us has a different starting point. These are the areas we work in most often.
A fall can change everything. And the fear of falling again can be just as limiting as the fall itself. Our fall prevention program works with you to understand what's contributing to your risk — whether that's muscle weakness, reduced reaction time, balance changes, or something in your home environment like a loose rug or an awkward step.
We don't hand you a printed sheet of exercises. We work through them with you, in the spaces where you actually move every day. The goal is confidence as much as it is strength.
Hip and knee replacements are major procedures. The hospital physio sessions are valuable but brief. When you're discharged, the recovery is far from over — your body is still adapting, still rebuilding, and still needs structured movement to get you back to full function.
We pick up where the hospital left off. Working at your pace, in your home, with exercises that are appropriate for your current stage of recovery. We also communicate with your GP or specialist when it's helpful to do so.
Getting out of a chair. Walking to the letterbox. Climbing three steps to the front door. These are the everyday activities that matter — not a performance target, not a fitness milestone. Just the things that let you live independently and comfortably in your own home.
We assess where your mobility and balance currently are, identify what's limiting you, and build a program around those specific movements. Progress is measured in real-world terms: can you stand from the couch without using your arms? Can you walk to the front gate and back without stopping?
If you haven't exercised in years — or if previous attempts have left you sore, confused, or discouraged — this is where we start. Not with a textbook ideal of where a person your age "should" be. We start from where you actually are.
Gentle strengthening means exactly that. Movements your body can manage today, progressed carefully as your capacity grows. No gym equipment required. No pressure to perform. Just consistent, thoughtful work toward feeling stronger and more capable in your daily life.
Every new client begins with a thorough home assessment. We spend time understanding your medical history, your current concerns, your goals — and we look at the physical environment you live in. Narrow doorways, steep stairs, soft furniture that makes standing difficult. These details shape the program we build with you.
The assessment is also a chance for you to ask questions, understand what physiotherapy can and can't do, and feel comfortable before any exercises begin. There's no pressure and no rush.
We are physiotherapists, not doctors. We do not diagnose medical conditions, we do not prescribe medication, and we do not replace your GP or specialist. What we do is work alongside them.
A referral is welcome but not required for private appointments. If you have existing reports from your surgeon, GP, or specialist, we're happy to review them as part of your assessment. We can also provide progress notes to your other healthcare providers if that's useful for your ongoing care.
