Who We Are

Physiotherapists who believe
care starts at your door

We built this service around a simple observation: for many seniors, the journey to a clinic is the hardest part of getting care. So we removed that barrier entirely.

Our Approach

Built differently from the start

Most physiotherapy services ask you to come to them. You book an appointment, arrange transport, navigate a waiting room, and then fit your session around their schedule. For someone recovering from a hip replacement or managing significant balance issues, that process can be genuinely exhausting before the session even starts.

We work the other way around. Our physiotherapists come to you, at a time that suits you, in the environment where you spend most of your life. That means every exercise, every movement, every recommendation is grounded in what's actually possible in your home — not what works in a clinical gym.

There's something else worth saying: we're not a large corporate health service. We're a small team of registered physiotherapists who work personally with each client. You see the same physio each visit. They know your progress, your concerns, and your goals. That continuity matters.

What We Stand By

How we work, in plain language

Honest assessment

We tell you what we observe, what we can help with, and what falls outside our scope. If you need to see your GP or a specialist, we'll say so clearly.

Individual focus

No two people have the same needs at the same stage of life. We don't apply a standard program and hope it fits. We design around you.

Clear communication

You always know what we're doing and why. Every exercise has a reason. Every change to your program is explained before we make it.

Coordinated care

We don't work in isolation. If you have a GP, surgeon or specialist involved in your care, we're happy to communicate with them and share progress notes.

Professional Standards

Registration and accountability

Every physiotherapist on our team is registered with AHPRA — the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. This registration is a legal requirement to practise as a physiotherapist in Australia and means each practitioner has met nationally consistent standards of education, clinical training and professional conduct.

You can verify any practitioner's AHPRA registration yourself using the public register at ahpra.gov.au. We encourage it.

All practitioners also hold current professional indemnity insurance. We do not diagnose medical conditions, we do not prescribe medication, and we do not position ourselves as a replacement for your GP or specialist. A referral is welcome but not required for private appointments.

AHPRA Registration

Publicly verifiable through the national register.

Professional Indemnity

Current insurance held by every practitioner.

Continuing Education

Ongoing professional development as required by AHPRA standards.
